Kelly Gitter Shares Her Experience As A Zumba Instructor

Kelly Gitter is a well-trained fitness expert who holds years of experience in training people from all age groups. She refreshes her resume by continuing her education in all of the fitness formats that she instructs.

Being a highly recognized fitness and health expert, she provides affordable, effective, energetic, and fun Zumba classes to inspire participants of all fitness and experience levels to achieve a fit and healthy lifestyle. On asking about all the physical benefits of performing Zumba, she replied. “ This activity focuses on weight training with music, to avoid the monotony of gymming, while simultaneously filling up the missing puzzle pieces on general fitness.”

She has been classically trained in theater, music, and dance since childhood days. She is passionate about making people learn all the benefits that zumba dance can provide to the body. “ It doesn't only helps in achieving physical fitness goal but also helps in mental well-being. Performed with high passion and spirit a person can lose upto 1000 calories in an hour, if performed with full energy,” she further added.
